For the above purpose(s) VOF Dijenborgh-Zeylstra can ask the following personal data from you:

– infix;
– surname;
– company address: street name, house number, postal code and place of business;

– (business) e-mail address;
– gender.
Your personal data will be stored by VOF Dijenborgh-Zeylstra for the aforementioned processing for the period:
– during the term of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for up to 7 years.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
