Return an order

You can easily request a return using the form below. Please request your return within 14 business days of receiving your order. After submitting the form, you will receive instructions on how to return the items.

Returned items must be in like-new condition and returned in their original packaging, including any accessories and accompanying documentation. Items that have been used, damaged, or are otherwise no longer in like-new condition are not eligible for a refund.

Please keep the shipping receipt for your return carefully. You must be able to prove that the items were returned on time. The costs and risk of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, Uitgeverij Abessijn will refund the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs charged with the order, within 30 days.

Damaged or incomplete delivery?

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or has a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact Uitgeverij Abessijn as soon as possible at herman@uitgeverijabessijn.nl, stating your name and order number. You will then receive instructions for replacing the product. If damage or a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced free of charge.
